Brad Flaherty
Founder and President

Brad Flaherty began with RemoteWorks in 2004. RemoteWorks is a Healthcare IT firm that primarily supports, installs and maintains over 350+ physician computer systems and networks for large wide area networks throughout the entire state of Florida and throughout the southeastern region of the United States. RemoteWorks also supports many other industries as well and has many well-known brand name customers. RemoteWorks is the technical component and support for the other business mentioned below such as HDS and HCS. RemoteWorks also hosts other large, multi-location physician networks in world class data centers and maintains, installs all Data Center equipment on a daily basis. RemoteWorks is vendor agnostic, they install, setup and support any software and is not biased on any occasion. Many EHR companies (10+) use RemoteWorks as their support mechanism today.

Mr. Flaherty also founded Healthcare Data Solutions with Rodney Barreto in 2008 where HDS was hand selected by the industry leader, Allscripts, to be a premier dealer covering the country with trained sales professionals selling the Allscripts Myway EHR program. This change to digital health records has been mandated by the US government where all physicians must comply by 2017. HDS hosts, trains, supports, installs and sells Allscripts Electronic Record softwares for physicians and has their data hosted at the Miami Terremark Facility known as the NAP of the Americas.

Brad and Rodney have also founded HCS (Healthcare Conversion Services) to support the need for the transition of data from legacy systems to new systems. HCS is the only company in the United States that can truly provide data conversions from older, uncertified, electronic health record systems into newer, approved software systems. HCS and HDS are partnered with many well-known companies throughout the country as well.

Rodney Barreto
Founding Partner

Rodney Barreto is a founding partner in Healthcare Data Solutions.

In addition to being a partner for Healthcare Data Solutions, Barreto is also the founding partner of Floridian Partners, a consulting firm that develops and manages effective corporate and public affairs strategies designed to achieve specific business results and is recognized by policy makers as one of the top public affairs firms in Florida. From Fortune 500 companies, to small businesses, to professional sports franchises, the firm develops winning strategies. He is also President and CEO of The Barreto Group, Inc. a diversified company specializing in real estate investment, management and development. Barreto is a board member for US Century Bank, which is locally-owned and headquartered in Miami. He is currently chair of the Compensation Committees or the board. Additionally, he is a member of the Florida Council of 100 and sits on the board of the Baptist Hospital Health Foundation He was chairman of the South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee for the 2007 and 2010 Super Bowls held in Miami, FL.

Barreto has received numerous awards and accolades, including being presented the key to the County by Mayor Stephen P Clark. In 1999 and 2006, Mr. Barreto was named one of the top 100 most powerful people in South Florida by South Florida CEO.

Chad Novitski
Chief Executive Officer

Chad Novitski is responsible for leading the company to expand nationally as well as the daily operations of managing HDS.

Prior to Healthcare Data Solutions, Novitski spent over a decade with Allscripts, most recently as the Regional Vice President of Channel Sales.  Novitski recruited and managed all of the Allscripts partners in the southeast region.
